By making payments through the App, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors.
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Health Staffing Network or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

The App and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health Staffing Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: Your use or inability to use the App. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Health Staffing Network, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States and State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
